Online returns

You can choose to either:

  • Visit instore to receive a store voucher or exchange or,
  • Return via post to receive a store voucher valid for 6 months.

If you wish to return an item you have purchased online please follow the following steps:

  1. Email within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. Once your return has been approved a returns code will be issued.  

Please note returns will only be accepted if accompanied by a store issued returns code.

We note that you should:

(a) package your item(s) appropriately to ensure they will not be damaged in transit (any damage during transit will be your responsibility as we are unable to accept returns for items that arrive damaged); and

(b) use a tracked service with insurance, as we are unable to accept liability for return parcels not received by us.

Once we receive your return we will process it within 5 business days.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s).

Faulty items

We can assure you that we triple-check all items before sending them out to you. However, if you do receive a faulty product, please contact within 5 days of receiving your order.
